Does anyone know any inventions from invented at WW1 in Gallipoli?
I am doing a school project and I need three inventions that were invented at the Gallipoli battle ground. Any ideas, links or answers would be great.

- They made improvised grenades from bags of gunpowder. Also, they made a version of the Lee-Enfield rifle that had a periscope attached, so it could be fired from below the top of the trench. Finally, they made another rifle with a bucket of water attached: as the water dripped out, eventually the rifle fired. These were used during the evacuation to make it look like men were still in the front line. Oh, yes, and the ship the "River Clyde" was converted into a landing ship by having big holes cut in the side. It actually landed at Cape Helles, not Gallipoli, and the British troops were massacred as they tried to get off it.
