how do u think new inventions in 19th century helped us industry?

there were a lot of new inventions during the 19th century likethe assembly line, telephone, the light bulb and many other inventions. so how do u think all this affected the united states industries. like ofcourse mass production.

  1. I think every industry and sector in the US grew as a result of the technology. People were generally earning more, and the demand for making life easier was at an al time high. People with money established businesses to serve the needs of the consumer, while making money themselves. auto industry started and grew cuz of Henry Fords idea of the assembly line. The assembly line way of manufacturing slowly became adopted in every factory..and we still use that method today. Telaphone companies started to put up lines, so that people can stay connected. Light bulbs kept the light on so people can continue working, producing more, resulting in earning more. Basically all the sectors grew due to the consumer wanting that technology for their own lifestyle. That same technology was used by smart businesses to create even newer technolgy..further feeding the wants and needs of the american consumer.
