I have some inventions for handicapped people how do i get a investor to back me on my ideas?

My inventions are for Stroke victims, Wounded military, and the elderly.I dont have alot of capitol to buy all these patents.

1. I' m confined to a wheelchair due to a stroke. I'm 52 year old man with physical problems only, no mental problems.
