Invention Guides

If you were offered to help invent what could ultimately be one of the greatest travel inventions known to?

human kind and you were guaranteed that this invention, would make you famous and/or wealthy, would revolutionize the way people travel, but would also contribute to 40,000 deaths annually, would you accept the offer? What if I told you this invention already exists?

Public Comments

  1. no, there are more things to life than just money and fame, and losing the lifes of 40000 is so not worth it.
  2. Is your glass half full or empty
  3. Personally, I consider automobiles to be a curse on humanity. Not only do 40,000 Americans die in auto accidents each year, but millions more are injured. Our children are obese because they live in suburbs without sidewalks and where playgrounds are several miles away. 30% of land in many cities is nothing but pavement. We're in a war right now over oil. Recent medical data has suggested that leaded gasoline might be responsible for senility in the older generations. The automobile has fragmented our society and has caused far more damage than it has benefited us. IMHO, the greatest travel invention mankind could invent is time travel.
  4. Ah the Reving Teleportation device, the revives the dead, lmao, so deaths would be pointless.. LMAO. I wouldn't except the offer. I'd have to say that would be pointless if you knew it led to death..
